New Items + luck

Added 3 new items and a new luck stat:

Items

• Gas station donut: gain 100 flat HP
• Cast Iron: 5% chance to stun small enemies for 1 second on hit
• Lucky Horseshoe: Adds 1 luck

Stats

• Luck stat: for most rng, rolls again for each luck and takes the most beneficial outcome
